CASPER, Wyo. — By unanimous vote on Tuesday, April 4, the Casper City Council

CASPER, Wyo. — By unanimous vote on Tuesday, April 4, the Casper City Council approved spending over half a million dollars to buy three new pickup trucks, a dump trailer and a front-end loader as part of its fleet maintenance program.

Bids totaling $560,694 for all five vehicles were awarded to Casper businesses.
