Parents, away from home, report guns stolen after son’s sleepover

14th Street, Oroville: A man reported someone had punched a hole in his gas tank and stole gas from it.

Forest Avenue, Chico: A burglary was reported in the 1200 block.

Tuscany Drive, Oroville: Theft was reported in the 0 block.

Elm Street, Chico: Vandalism of more than $400 value was reported in the 2100 block.

Alma Street, Oroville: A person reported someone threw a knife at him from over a fence. The caller said he wouldn't allow the person to retrieve the knife, so the person threatened him again with three more knives before walking down the street.

Robinson Street, Oroville: A burglary was reported in the 1200 block

Nord Avenue, Chico: A burglary was reported in the 800 block.

White Avenue, Chico: A burglary was reported in the 300 block.

Walnut Street, Chico: A vehicle was reported stolen in the 900 block.

Myers Street, Oroville: A theft was reported in the 2300 block.

Stuart Court, Oroville: A package was reported stolen at a business.

Gardella Ave, Oroville: Vandalism was reported in the 700 block.

Cal Oak Road, Oroville: Vandalism was reported in the 400 block.

East Gridley Road, Gridley: A man who visited Macs Market reported a driver on the road pulled into the store and hit him in the mouth, following what started as road rage incident.

Veatch Street, Oroville: A burglary was reported in the 1600 block.

Calrose Avenue, Richvale: A leaf blower, electrical wire, lawn mower and paint sprayer was reported stolen from inside a shed with no sign of forced entry.

Rogue River Drive, Chico: Grand theft was reported.

Julliard Court, Magalia: A woman reported finding an ax in what appeared as an attempt by someone to break down a fence.

East Lassen Avenue, Chico: A property was reported defaced in the 700 block.

East Eighth Street, Chico: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 1100 block.

South Fifth Avenue, Oroville: A burglary was reported in ithe 2700 block.

Gang Way, Oroville: A married couple, away from home, reported their son's friends stole two firearms and ammunition from a gun safe having gotten the keys after their son fell asleep while having them over.

Richards Avenue, Gridley: Car tires of two vehicles were reported slashed.

Hurleton Swedes Flat Road, Bangor: A residence and barn was reported broken into with various items including a disassembled airplane, an ATV trailer, two ATVs and some tools taken.

La Porte Road, Clipper Hills: A person was reportedly assaulted by three men at Bigfoot Bar and Grill.

Sussex Avenue, Gridley: A woman reported someone broke into her vehicle last night.
